The Potting Shed: a brand built across a growing group.
A sixth-venue milestone offers a view of the connected creative and marketing work behind an expanding hospitality business.

Connecting the channels
Social content and campaign creative presented food, drinks and events in a consistent way. Paid promotions and local influencer activity gave that content additional routes to its audience.
Billboard, print and press activity carried the brand into other settings. The design challenge was to make the message recognisable across very different formats, with enough flexibility to reflect individual venues and occasions.
A useful digital presence
Website and digital work helped bring together the information potential guests needed, including menus, events and booking options. Email communications gave the business a way to share updates and promotions with existing customers.
These touchpoints have connected roles. An advertisement can introduce the brand, a website can answer practical questions, and an email can give someone a reason to return. The strength comes from considering the journey as a whole.
What the milestone represents
Opening a sixth venue is a business milestone. Our creative and marketing contribution sat alongside the operations, teams and hospitality offer that made the group possible.
The story demonstrates the kind of relationship we value: building knowledge over time, supporting immediate campaigns and helping the brand remain coherent as the business develops.
This project milestone was originally published in June 2018. The relationship described began in 2015.
